As a renter who suffered 2+ years with water leakage through the balcony doors which was reported and went unrepaired for so long a time....and as a renter who still has evidence of the mold and damage to the wood floors...and as a renter who cannot rely on management to remove ice or snow from the parking lot within any reasonable time frame..... The roof on this building has been needing to be replaced for at least 3 of the 5 years I have been here. Tenants who lived on the topmost floors have moved because of storm damage... read more
