Hurt my toe recently, my toe nail lifted and cracked from the injury, will take months for a new nail to grow back. Alan saw me right away, trimmed nail and treated my toe nail. He helped calm my anxieties, explaining the best treatment, how to care for the nail bed and even helped source a new pair of shoes! Alan was happy to see me as necessary, as I learn how to treat and dress my toe, doing a couple of lessons until I was comfortable. Thank you for your empathy, care and concern as I grow a new nail! Hurt my big toe on the weekend and Alan was able to fit me in his schedule on the Monday morning. Service was first class with the minimum of pain inflicted considering how I was when I hobbled in. Thanks Alan for the care and urgency given to me. Very much appreciated.
The podiatrist at this clinic was so rude to my grandmother, who was in early onset dementia. He publicly humiliated her in his waiting room for accidentally arriving on the wrong day. For a medical practitioner who operates in an area with a large population of seniors, this was a disgusting display of poor behaviour.
