Hurt my big toe on the weekend and Alan was able to fit me in his schedule on the Monday morning. Service was first class with the minimum of pain inflicted considering how I was when I hobbled in. Thanks Alan for the care and urgency given to me. Very much appreciated.
The podiatrist at this clinic was so rude to my grandmother, who was in early onset dementia. He publicly humiliated her in his waiting room for accidentally arriving on the wrong day. For a medical practitioner who operates in an area with a large population of seniors, this was a disgusting display of poor behaviour.
