My wife, 2 boys (5 and 8), and our dog were on our way home from a camping trip in Wisconsin with our travel trailer when my truck broke down 10 minutes into the drive home. I was able to get off on an exit and park safely in an unfamiliar area. We got a hold of Hugasian Motors and were able to get a tow to their shop ( abt 8 min away). I cannot say enough positive things about the people at Hugasian Motors. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable and hard working. They are not pushy and work for YOU. They make sure you come first and get you in the car you want to be in. Their selection of used cars are all well kept and in excellent condition. Their prices are right on. I was a little bit of a high maintenance customer. Credit not so great. Hugasian is great! Between my friends, family and I we have purchased at least five cars from Hugasian in the past few years. They are honest and reliable, unlike other dealers around here who take deposits, say they'll hold a car for a week then sell it the next day and don't even tell you until you go to pick it up (ahem VIP auto sale shysters). Hugasian treats you like family and they go above and beyond to help you find a car within your budget.
Great dealer – I got ripped off by another local dealer who sold me a car with a blown head. After replacing EVERYTHING on that car, I decided to get something else. Since my mom and sister had both bought their cars at Hugasian and had no problems, my mom suggested I go there as well. I'm glad I did. I now have a great car that I got for an amazing price. I wish I had gone to them in the first place, instead of the other dealer.
Good used cars – Several family members have bought cars from Hugasian Motors. Their cars are dependable and reliable. None of us has any problems with their cars. We will continue to get our cars from them.
Horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM!! Horrible customer service, Avoid forever – In a nutshell, I bought a car from them not even 4 months ago. spent 3 grand. Only to have problem after problem. The Wisconsin Buyers Guide that they filled out said that everything was good. Within the first oil change. Had to replace the driver side brake caliper and rotor, totally shot sold it to me that way that is when I noticed back tires were also shot.
