Dan Hug arrived on time, did a proper inspection and ordered parts and came back within a few days of receiving parts and finished the install. No mess do excuses no delays. He is knowledgeable and left the place clean. I went through two other home warranty plumbers who made up excuses not to come back and finish the job once they got paid for the diagnosis callout. Dan from Hug plumbing was INCREDIBLE. He diagnosed a problem that 2 other plumbers wanted to replace all my pipes for 10K plus to resolve. Dan found that it was a simple issue with the flapper in a toilet and NO walls needed to be cut into and NO pipes needed replacing for thousands of dollars. He fixed our plumbing issues right away and alleviated all our stress by trying to come up with thousands of dollars we didn’t have. Super grateful for his work! Highly recommend.
