John in showroom was great to work with. His son did the install and did a relatively nice job however he would not come back to fix the problems (several areas not secure which could eventually tear). We made numerous calls and left messages and he said he would come over but never did. If you want guaranteed installation go with a reputable installer that stands behind his work and is willing to fix any problems.
