A negative experience. Now paying to have my taxes checked for the last two years by a new CPA. Not reliable. As a company, communication is not well thought out and the management of communication creates errors, even when you alert them that you think there is an error.
Carrie and her team are awesome!! I'm an author and was feeling super overwhelmed by the thought of handling my own taxes this year, but Carrie and Tenacity made it sooooo easy. They're friendly, fast, helpful, funny, and good at what they do.

We have been clients of this business which was formerly Paul Abbot who was our family accountant for the entire duration of his practice since 1990. Before that my grandfather was a client of the accountant Paul bought the business from - so about 45 years of business. Carrie Huffman got the family business from Paul. I would like to reiterate the same experience as other reviewers.
