Service was fine and the tech was nice. That's where is ends. I received a bill and it just had a total and nothing else. I called and talked to a lady and ask if she could just email me an itemized bill then I would get it taken care of. She promptly said, we don't do itemized bills because the system would not allow that. I ask, well how did you get the amount for the bill? I have never had a company not provide an itemized bill when ask for. I have to report line items for taxes and this is not the way you do business. I ... read more
Our thermostat went out at the peak of summer! Beto was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and very quick! We received same day service and he had it fixed in about 20 minutes! Best ever! Thanks again!
