I recently purchased a Highlander from here by trading in a Rav4. I went by seeing the listing and reviews. The approach was straight forward and hassle free for both my deals until the initial deal discussion phase. Was taken to the Finance manager for signing and all started fine. Edit: I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership.
