As a first time buyer I was nervous about going into the dealership to purchase a car. When I arrived within 2 minutes I was greeted by Fred. Fred welcomed me with a warm smiled and started helping me find the car I wanted to test drive. He made the entire process extremely smooth and stress free. He was on top of everything, he was able to answer every question I had and if he didn’t know the answer he would go find the answer for me. I’m very thankful for how easy he made that process for me.
I spent most of the week driving around the DFW area looking at a specific Hyundai model I was interested in. I can confidently say that Xavier in the used car sales department was one of the best people I came across out of the half dozen salespeople I had to deal with at other dealerships. He showed a level of care that’s hard to find these days, and made the whole experience painless. Great staff all around at this location!
I am so impressed and honestly a little shocked at how quick and painless this car buying experience was! First of all Dante our salesperson was friendly, helpful and laid back. I was a little nervous about what to expect because I haven't bought a car in about 8 years. Me and my wife came here after we found a 26.3k list price, 35k mile, 2023 CX-9 Touring. We wanted to jump on this since this was fairly undervalued. Anthony, Tom and Rico worked with us and ultimately we got it for 27.5k out the door while saving tons of money in interest.
