This Hyundai location has taken great care of our vehicles. Although my Tucson was not purchased here, every maintenance service I've received has been excellent. Special recognition goes to Garrett Ames who consistently goes above and beyond to assist us. The sales process was quick and easy. The new features on my car were clearly explained so I felt confident driving out of the dealership. I have purchased a car here before, and certainly will again. ****EDITED A couple of months ago did a 15k mile service. Asked the advisor what it included and he acted like he couldn't be bothered to tell. Just said a bunch of inspections and tire rotation. I asked if balancing was included he said no. Really??? for $300 and you can't balance the tires? Afterwards I was supposed to receive an inspection report and I assumed it was in the paperwork the handed me. Got home and nothing noted.
