Over pricing a repair job adding parts that have nothing to do with the issue that need repaired so insurance company will total the car not repair it. Some of the repairs they want to do was from a wreck 3 years ago that they fixed, guess they missed it then. Sad because next year we were thinking of buying a new Kia and I know now it won’t be from Huffines.
Huffines is a preferred collision center of Allstate. I got into an accident a while back. But I DO NOT SUGGEST using this Collison center AT ALL! Not only did repairs TAKE FOREVER the date kept being changed. Because this center is a preferred one, an adjustor doesn’t go look at your vehicle. So, they go off the word of the workers. My unit should’ve been a total loss but instead cost over 17K to fix. Then it was labeled as structural damage and CANNOT be sold on ANY DEALERS LOT!! NOT EVEN HUFFINES …. The service here has always been amazing. When I got into my car accident Mr. Chadwick was extremely helpful. I will always take my car back to him as he was very straight forward.
So far I am not very pleased with Huffined collision center. My car has been there for over a month. I have to call every week, now every few days just to get status updates . I am always told we are waiting on something parts, mechanic etc. They can never give me an estimated time of completion. This is week number 5. A month is more than enough time to get the job done . Unacceptable
