Dropped off our car for service on a Friday, said it would be a few days - that's fine. Told us over the phone that they were able to replicate the dashboard alarms we were getting, knew what the issue was, and that they would be fixed the next morning. I did investigate the process we followed and found that our technicians performed multiple test drives and the issue presented itself briefly only one time. Unfortunately the computer did not record a failure code, and therefore the failure could be in any one of a multitude of parts. While intermittent issues are extremely frustrating to diagnose we do have tremendous confidence in our technicians, If given another opportunity we will not give up until the cause is determined and the proper repair is completed.
Sharing my experience about recently dropping off my vehicle for repairs. They kept my vehicle for 4 weeks to have the front and back bumpers repaired. During the time my vehicle was in their shop, I was billed $75 of toll charges. The dealership has denied my vehicle was being used, paid my toll charges and said to contact NTTA. NTTA has confirmed my vehicle was driven for 11 days. It's never a good feeling to trust your vehicle at a repair shop and have others take it for a joy ride. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS PLACE. I bought a Tahoe 2015, 113.000 miles, for $26.000, little bit overpaying but I thought, since is CHEVY PREOWNED HUFFINES dealer, I felt safe, so I did it, on it in December 2020, they said that the car was inspected for their service, and everything was ok, no issues at that point. I bought the extended warranty just to cover engine, trans, a/c and other basic stuff.
