Real estate brokers for prospective sellers can excel or disappoint in so many ways, books have been written about what to do to ensure a smooth process. Arthur could write this book and, as we learned, performs to the highest expectations of what he could write so well. We have worked with Arthur Corontzes as either buyer or seller on seven transactions since 2019. His level of professionalism, responsiveness and honesty are outstanding. His main concern is making sure that we are pleased with the transaction every step along the way.
