When you fill out a form on a listing for an agent to contact you, you have no idea who is going to respond. Literally, within minutes, Arthur responded via email and text. I called him back promptly. He was busy, yet still answered the phone, gave us advice and sent us some additional listings to look at. I reviewed the listings and chose two to review the next day when he was available. 48 hours later, we had a signed purchase and sale agreement on a fantastic home - thanks to Arthur.
