We worked with Whitney Jolly-Loreaux recently on our first home purchase. Whitney and her team were tremendous to work with. As we negotiated with the sellers, Whitney's guidance on terms that were favorable to us helped solidify our purchase. Whitney was always accessible by phone and email throughout our five weeks from offer to closing. I'd highly recommend working with Whitney if you're looking for real estate in the northern Kentucky region.

Paid 24 grand for 2 open houses, never called or communicated! I'll never use a realtor again, esp Huff! I'll use Flat fee and get the same service, definitely can't be worse and pay 2% homes been selling themselves for yrs and it shows for the service you get. Criminal what these companies are getting for the work they do!
