I experienced very unprofessional service from Huff Appliance. I spent $344.95 to have The technician repair my griddle. The next day I tried to use the griddle, I could tell something was wrong. I called for another service request. The technician arrived and determined in about 5min that the thermostat was broken. The technician proceeded to blame me for breaking the thermostat. I told him I didn’t think that was possible.
On May 2nd, 2022, Huff service technician diagnosed the 2020 model ****** washing machine problem as the electronic motherboard. The same technician returns on May 16th (10:30am) stating the machine was repaired and operating; albeit, the technician did not run the wash cycle to test the machine. After the technician left, I tried to run the machine multiple times and the machine had the exact same issue as before; does not fill with water, or run through any cycles. Came within 15 minutes (he was in the neighborhood). Fixed my refridgerator in half an hour. I am putting them in my phone directory! Highly recommended.
The appointment was convenient for my schedule. The technician quickly diagnosed my problem, ordered the proper part, and was able to install my new part within a few days of his first visit. I believe the price for the part and service was reasonable. I will contact Huff Appliance Repair for my future needs.

My Husband and I called Huff Appliance Service because our dishwasher stopped working. Robby came over and was absolutely the kindest and most respectful repairman we had come across in a long time. I would absolutely recommend this company and they will always be my first call when I need their assistance.
