Incredibly upset to learn Huey's no longer supports C-PAP patients. I was never notified. Instead, I was told just now when I stopped into their office that Huey's no longer exists and they used a third party company to "send letters notifying patients" and then she says, "except Health Alliance members. They weren't notified." Hmmm.....that's helpful. #NoPatientCareHere #HealthcareFail
Terrible customer service. Used to buy cpap supplies. I was told I have to buy all supplies at once, can't buy individual supplies. Very rude to deal with.

They told me to take my business elsewhere because they weren't getting enough money from me (not getting supplies frequently enough) When I tried to ask more the receptionist was rude and told me to come get my file and go somewhere else. Horrible experience
