In buying my home in Saint Paul, I always felt the Realtor, Blair Berg, was solidly on my side. It was a long-distance move and with Zoom viewings and then in-person tours of properties, Blair really listened carefully and helped me find something I really like and in my budget. Blair was also spot-on with advice on laws, inspections and the closing process. He also gave good recommendations on the property and the repairs. Really thorough. This is the second time that I have worked with Ian, and both times he has been nothing short of incredible. I am a pretty difficult client in the sense that I ask the world of my realtor. As I am paying a solid amount for their services, I expect a lot and I expect a lot on weekends as well. Ian has been extremely helpful, resonsive, and open about helping me. Whether its 10pm Saturday or 6am Monday he responds. I wouldnt recommend being as crazy as I am because he does deserve to have a good nights rest, but I get over exc... read more
