Where do I begin. Response time is horrible when calls lights go off, waited over 45 mins for someone to come. I was with my grandmother over 3 hours and not a single person came to check nor change her. I had to go find someone myself. I asked three different nurses when my grandma had a shower and every single one had a different day and I know she hadn’t had one bc she smelled. One of the best run skilled nursing units in the city of San Antonio. Close knit staff from the administrator through the nursing staff into the physical therapy department and even the Maintenance personnel. Huebner Creek is a family Serving the patients of San Antonio
to begin with you can have hot water. you can have your CNA/nurse respondin less than 30 minutes. you can have your CNA's treat patients with a little more compassion and not Mock them When they are in pain. shall I go on???

Every one here is very caring, attentive and looks happy to be at work. They take great care of my mom. I have dropped in at all times of day and every time my mom is being taken care of respectfully.
