AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE. I along with two others who were on the phone witnessed abuse by the staff on my Mother. We were on facetime with her having a nice visit. Suddenly, there was yelling and screaming and my Mother started whimpering, her phone was thrown and all we could see was the ceiling. We heard someone growl, "oh you think you can leave do you?
