Reached out to Dale on a very competitively priced Subaru. He maintained contact on availability and worked around my schedule to setup a visit to the dealership, had the vehicle ready for a quick test drive and he and Brady had me in-and-out in 45 minutes with my new-to-me vehicle. Was searching for a smaller vehicle for my wife. I spotted the Subaru Forester online and showed it to her. She fell in love with 'just the picture'. I started communicating with Shane online. He was very prompt and courteous with answers to my questions. We scheduled an appointment and drove to Carrollton the next morning. After seeing and a test drive we purchased. The dealership was more than fair on our trade and pricing on the Subaru. Would I recommend absolutely !
I had to show the tech where the leak was; he confirmed it and would check/submit warranty. Was suppose to get a return call once ordered and confirmed, never did. I contacted Chevrolet Customer Care via email. They responded with “ I have received word from the dealership that they could not verify that there was a split in the cooler boot. The air inlet hose was damp, but no leaks were found..” Where is the integrity here.. (Photo is prior to going into the dealership)
I had a great experience with the Huebner team. Kim and Brady are genuinely nice people, and I felt welcome and comfortable doing business with them. Huebner provided all the amenities of a full service multi brand dealer but offered it with a small-town feel. Worth the drive.
