I contacted the stylist after and she told me she would “see if was possible” to get the color I originally wanted. It’s funny how she didn’t want to “see if it was possible” before I paid her. She let me walk out of there with red/orange hair when I wanted brown. When I contacted her she told me “I never said I could get all of the dark out.” Girl, you turned my hair red when I wanted brown. I had an appointment to get my haircut I arrived early and then I seen a lady go in so I knew they were open so I went in lady that worked there didn't say anything she had a customer in her chair so I sit down another lady come in she started getting her things ready again did not say a word I sit there she got her things ready then went in the back of the room still no one has asked me why am I why am I there if I had an appointment or was I walk in absolutely nothing from either lady so I got up got my car keys in my hand... read more
