I called at 10 for an appointment they made me send a deposit. They called me back after to book the appointment. Made me send a Pic of my hair and what I wanted. Went to my appt. Valerie saw my hair. She said she didn't feel confident putting bleach on my hair even though highlights means bleach. Gave me the run around. And said she didn't want to damage my hair. I only have one problem is that she should have made it more even casue one side was a bit more thicker so it would have been nice if she parted my hair.FOR $10 its a really good hair cut

Very nice people working there - very nice. My expectations were high and not achieved. I asked for some ideas because I was looking for something different, anything other than what I had and I ended up with the same style, only a trim.
