I had initially requested a hair cut appointment with one of their stylist, but unfortunately my 6 month old baby got sick a day after her vaccine which we did not expect. It was unexpected and I let the stylist know the day of the appointment at @7am. I asked if I could be moved around to a later time.. or if not cancel. The stylist was untouched and cold hearted. I called at 10 for an appointment they made me send a deposit. They called me back after to book the appointment. Made me send a Pic of my hair and what I wanted. Went to my appt. Valerie saw my hair. She said she didn't feel confident putting bleach on my hair even though highlights means bleach. Gave me the run around. And said she didn't want to damage my hair.
