Lived here for 3 months: Pros: Gym and common area is clean, Maintenance is usually out within 2 hours to fix things, and units are well ventilated, cool/heat quickly, and keep the pests out. Electricity/water is cheap ($90 power at 68 degrees + many electronics). Cons: Gate is ALWAYS broken and they don't even try to fix them, guest parking is extremely predatory (30-40 cars towed a week), and front desk agents are impossible to contact.
