Dentist give multiple estimates to insurances then does work that wasn’t in estimate and charges different then they say with no communication and im expected to pay. Disappointed they couldn’t correct and fix when they said it would be coded right so insurance would help instead stuck with 1000 dollar bill. After contacting them they want payment then want me to trust on next procedure that estimates may be close haha no way with their lack of communication with process.

I can’t say a thing about the actual dentistry work but recently on a night out with my friends we were approached by an employee (I know this because she was wearing a company T-shirt) she was trying to recruit us as patients but when we communicated we were from out of town celebrating a wedding she became very hostile and started calling us unsavory names. They somehow got rid of my reviews. These people actually charged Care Credit before I got work done. I never saw a bill. They took 1200.00 from Care Credit, gave false information. I never saw a bill. Be careful of the fraud. I had 1100.00 left on my insurance and I am pay 1200.00 to Care Credit. Beware and question the bill. I thought when they threw the Care Credit paper at me it was for work that my insurance didn't cover. But I have insurance money in my account.
