The tattoo artist should not make appointments they cannot keep. If you are unable to show up then at least contact the customer and let them know. Will not recommend to anyone, very unprofessional.

The guy that was suppose to go my leg piece said he couldn’t do it that day bc he could be having a child at any time, I walked in so I scheduled a appointment an we had to pay a 250 deposit, LET ME MENTION not once did he say if your late to your appointment I won’t be able to do it, HE said I can give you a “freebie” reschedule but couldn’t do it now bc I was late ???? (Let me add no one was there but him an another guy doing absolutely NOTHING) but said he got booked up that quick an his time is valuable 😂 I COULD OF PAY... read more

Our general policy on clients showing up late without notification is to reschedule their appointment at their earliest convenience. In some cases same day appointments can be accommodated. In other cases they cannot according to the artists schedule. In this situation the client should have been present to speak to the artist, she was not present to speak to the artist nor did she view the artwork or offer any insight for any changes she would like to see.
