I needed a mechanic because the dealership was no longer impressing me and quite frankly, was awful after the warranty wore out. I called and he was able to schedule me fairly quickly. I had an oil leak shortly after a service and he got it in for me, fixed it up and did it same day. He has impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and going above and beyond for his customers.
