Had a wonderful shopping experience at Hudson's Furniture. My new bedroom furniture is beautiful Will complete furnishing the rest of my home from Hudson's
I was pleasantly surprise when I visited your store on Orange Blossom Trail. About 10 years ago, I had come into that location 3 times and was not receive any help. Everyone was so busy. I only returned this time because your furniture is beautiful. This time there were plenty of helpful emloyees, and Carlos was very pleasent and friendly. He greatly exceeded my expectations.
I may look elsewhere but I always buy at Hudson's for quality furniture and great customer satisfaction!

Good salesman , accommodating and knowledgeable
Beautiful furniture and great sales agent, Mr. Hudson. Despite of the chunk of wood in the chair's leg being cracked, the customer service to replace it was wonderful.
Jason was very professional. We gave him our ideas of the perfect loveseat and he found it for us!
The salesperson, Bea, was excellent. Via emails before I ever met her she found the furniture that I only had a picture of and some numbers from a store in Virginia. She placed the order and worked with us on delivery schedules, as we only visit Kissimmee, not yet living there. We were disappointed about the delay in receiving part of the order which was due to a factory delay, but efforts were made by Hudson to get the table in time for Christmas - which we were pleased with. Special order delivery needs to be faster than 6-8 weeks. Even though you are told 6-8 weeks, it can take longer. Please don't blame your sales rep. for this though. Sometimes when you call in at the store, some of the people do not seem to be very informative, so make sure you ask to speak to your sales rep. Our sales rep. name was Sharon and she was very helpful! She sticks to her word. Pleasant lady!
