I would rate 4 1/2 if I could, deducting the half for the delivery. The sales woman was wonderful, the couch we purchased exceeded our expectations, free delivery, warranty...wonderful! One of the delivery guys had a.poor attitude which did take away from the experience a bit. The other guy was very pleasant though. We'll definitely buy from Hudson's again!
We bought the majority of our furniture for our new condo from Hudsons. We live in Northern Ireland and were very impressed by the service we received both instore and also the quick delivery!
Service in the store and at home has been great. You could sure stand to check the furniture over before delivering it. We had our second dining table delivered today. Now we need to be scheduled for a second technician visit.
