Carissa was very professional and explained plans fully for our lifestyle. Last year when my husband went on Medicare we compared different plans and Carissa's plan was the same. We didn't have to go anywhere. She came to our home and made things easy to understand. This year I go on Medicare and I signed up early when she came for follow up on my husband?s plan. Very happy with her service and give her highest rating.
