My mom was at this facility for like 1 year and 2 months, and she wasn’t treated that well, as she complaint to me about CNA’s making fun of her or treating her bad, and what bothered me the most was that my mom died due to a bad Pneumonia she caught from a roommate they had just put in the room new, instead of isolating this lady, they put her next to my mom and my mom got very sick. Our family is beyond grateful for the love, care, and support my grandma received at Hudsonview. Having a loved one go through rehabilitation can be an emotional and difficult experience, but the kindness and compassion of the staff gave our family so much comfort and peace of mind. Everyone treated my grandma with such patience, respect, and genuine care. It meant so much to us to know that she was in such good hands. The nurses and CNA's are top quality but very disappointed with their night supervisor. My mother passed away on Sunday at the facility, the supervisor showed up with a very tough attitude repeating over and over that my mothers corpse needed to be taken out of the facility immediately no im sorry , empathy nothing just rude, unprofessional, no manners. I admire the staff who do their best despite being understaffed. My aunt has been living there since Dec 2021. Unfortunately, her condition never improved despite the services offered. We have no chance of following up because of our distance. We never thought she would be better in another rehab. Fortunately, we have direct contact with one of the staffs, Jennifer Sablawon, who is always availbale when we need updates on my aunt’s condition. Thank you.
