Finally got a call back. Then I was instructed to take pictures of the house to get my estimate. No thank you. What ever happened to customer service.

Really not impressed with this business. They did a fine job cleaning the windows, but nothing better than I could have done in a few hours time. Certainly not worth the cost. I was led to believe they would be scraping and really cleaning, but they just sprayed windex on the windows and squeegee'd it all off. Will definitely be doing it myself next time. Additionally the cost came out to be higher than quoted due to credit card fees and "Supplies" and then they were very impatient when I decided to pay by check.
Although they did a nice job with the windows, I was never given an estimate and was shocked when asked to pay $107/hour! I will not be using them again.
They have done an amazing job on cleaning our windows for several years. The entire process is completed with care and concern. I highly recommend HVWC for anyone who needs a thorough, spotless cleaning.
