I DO NOT recommend using HVWR. Their services have dropped off considerably since our first using them years ago (only redeeming employee was Joe who I don’t believe works there anymore). Looks like they were bought out by Culligan and lost their way. I called four times over two business days and only got their answering service. I was alarmed no one picked up at 9am, 1pm and 3pm. Even their answering service was annoyed. I asked the answering service to mark EACH message as “Urgent” as I had water actively leaking from inj... read more

Terrible customer service on installation morning. I regret recommending them to neighbors. First, there is clearly poor communication between the office and the field. For example, I noticed repeatedly that the staff did not know the field tech's schedule.Today, I was scheduled for an installation. I was not called to confirm. Then, when the tech didn't show up in the time frame he said he would try to meet, he told me he had other things scheduled during the time frame but had no answer for why he didn't call me to give me... read more
These people installed a system in our home and we have had constant problems with brown water for almost 2 years. When I call them for appointment they have made me wait up 1.5 weeks to have someone come check the system. When I called to try to get help the women on the phone was defensive and angry and extremely unprofessional. When you pay thousands of dollars for a water system you should be able to get answers from the people who installed it without rudeness. Bottom line, go somewhere else.
