I highly recommend NC Pro Tile for your tile work. Charlie returned my call within a reasonable timeframe, was punctual and very professional. I love my new backsplash. Charlie did an excellent job. His knowledge and expertise was very evident in his work. I had some challenging areas and he patiently made it work. I would definitely use NC Pro Tile for all my future tile projects. NC Pro tile is also very reasonably priced.
Charlie did a masterful job tiling my bathroom! His work is precise, clean, and beautifully detailed. He kept everything organized throughout the process and treated my space with great care. It’s rare to find someone who combines true craftsmanship with professionalism — but Charlie absolutely does. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Extremely dishonest business practices. We first hired Charlie a few years ago for a very small job, and he was great. It's unclear what happened between then and now... Twice they took a deposit to hold a date to start work (a month in advance) and then didn't hold the time and canceled the work two days prior. They don't have an office staffed so it's impossible to get in touch with anyone, they use an out of state call center so you get pushed to an answering service.
