Charlie did a excellent job on my new luxury home. Highly recommend his work and craftsmanship especially the herringbone custom tile shower. He’s trustworthy and dependable with an reasonable price.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Extremely dishonest business practices. We first hired Charlie a few years ago for a very small job, and he was great. It's unclear what happened between then and now... Twice they took a deposit to hold a date to start work (a month in advance) and then didn't hold the time and canceled the work two days prior. They don't have an office staffed so it's impossible to get in touch with anyone, they use an out of state call center so you get pushed to an answering service. Hudson Valley Tile Installation was contacted to repair tile that had been removed around the faucet and valves in a 55-yr-old bath tub/shower and also in a shower stall in our church parsonage at New Paltz Church of the Nazarene. They provided timely service and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They communicated well to set up the time that work would be done, showed up on time, and the workers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done.
Charlie and his team gave a sad little bathroom a new lease on life. They did a wonderful job tiling the shower and the floor. Voila! Highly recommend.
