This place saved my life. Was going to throw an crisis, and my therapist has been the most helpful. They also worked out a plan with me because my insurance became an headache. I can’t be more grateful for a family services in Poughkeepsie.

The billing department here is a hot pile of garbage. If I didn’t like my counselor and psychiatrist so much, I would’ve left a long time ago. They don’t bill you for each session, I went months without receiving a bill and then got blindsided with a letter saying I owed them over $2k. Luckily I had enough money in my HSA to pay it off, but now the billing department is saying they “need more information” to actually process the payment. I’m at a complete loss of what to do from here.

My experience has been excellent. They are good, kind people who work hard to serve their community. I don’t have any complaints or problems with anyone and those that have may want to look at themselves instead of complaining. There are other places to go and I hope you find what you’re looking for.
