I don’t think I need to write much here. I would like to point out, once received, the boxes were stored inside and did not have any evidence of water penetration. Light fixtures were wrapped in plastic wrap, so obviously someone had to see this prior to shipment. The inconvenience this caused in a new construction build was more than just processing a return and finding new pendant lights. Horrible customer service & crappy product. The finish is wearing off & the wall lamp is NEVER touched. I contacted customer service & was told that the finish coming off is because of the fingers that touched it during installation so there's nothing they can do for me. So apparently you're not supposed to touch it while you're installing it?? Piece of junk!!
