I would never recommend this clinic to anyone who is a difficult case like i am. The first retrieval i had 6 follicles and weirdly ended up with one egg. They’re not open on the weekends so i feel like i definitely ovulated by Monday. The second protocol they told me they haven’t done in 5 years and according to other doctors wasn’t even medically allowed. I just felt like Dr. Levine had no clue how to handle my case. Courtney is amazing!! Super nice understanding, friendly and overall awesome. Same with the nurses! So friendly!! BUT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. We are doing monthly payments and the amount of times they said the card didnt work and never told us so they just kept taps on how much we owed. They waited until we owed over 1000$ in embryos storage before saying anything. And this wasn't the first time! They have done this twice to us. RecommendedWe are so happy we found HVF after initially being recommended to another clinic by our OB. It took 2 years and a lot of patience, but everyone at HVF was kind, supportive, open, and helpful. We highly recommend Dr. Levine and will most certainly be back if baby #2 calls for it .

Disappointed so far. Last appointment took an hour and 15min until I was able to see the dr and now I can’t get pass an MRI appointment because their authorization department hasn’t submitted approvals to my insurances. I even called my insurance beforehand to get the ball rolling and have them keep a lookout for a submission. I am now going on my second time of having to cancel a MRI appointment that the Dr recommended I get done before we can proceed. Can't say enough about this amazing team of healthcare professionals! I have never felt so comfortable at a "Dr's office" in my life. They were so understanding, supportive, & patient! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone having difficulties conceiving a child to visit Dr. Levine or PA Courtney Stellwag and I'm confident you would be as pleased and comfortable working w/ them as Keith & I were. =)
