Very clean office.... Staff is great, very nice, friendly. polite and efficient. I have been going here for several years and I have zero complaints. I have seen Dr. Guerriero, he was very nice and professional... I mostly see Dr. Pat-Michael Palmiero, Hes super nice, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and with my health issues, I feel VERY confident being in his care... I have been going to this practice for 30+ years. I have recently had a serious eye condition for over 2 months and they are baffled. I am so frustrated & distraught & feel I have nowhere to turn. They keep prescribing meds with no answers. Before this crisis, I felt they were quite competent.
Incompetent, since Dr Brock retired the business has gone down hill, doctors do NOT listen to their patients, prescriptions NOT called in, my opinion they grew too fast, have no organization and just care about getting paid instead of giving good service to the patients !
Dr. John Nichols is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend him. He has an excellent manner about him and makes you feel very relaxed. I just had cataract surgery and it was completely successful thanks to him. Excellent Eye Surgeon.I also want to give an special thanks to Stephanie, she also took good care of me, Dr Nichols is the best
The staff is always professional and friendly. When I have a eye concern I will go back to this place. They have helped me in the past and they are my go too eye care place. Thanks for all your help.
This practice is the best! Everyone-- the people at the desk, the assistants, the doctors-- are pleasant, efficient, and take time with each patient. I have had the best eye exams ever at Hudson Valley Eye Surgeons. Many thanks for their caring expertise.
Been going for years and it is always a pleasant visit. Any changes made are always positive ones. Always miss seeing those people who have moved on for some reason. Two of my doctor's have retired so it's always nice to share what they are doing these days.
