Both of those bad reviews were from people who had a home warranty plan and there plan did not cover there problem.I was not able to help them!

Actually NEGATIVE !! They accepted a plumbing assignment from my home warranty company, but never showed up. When I tried calling them the phone was disconnected.

This is in response to the first review about Hudson Valley. This is the ups and downs when you deal with the home warranty company. You bought it so live with it! Remember this and don't forget it. The warranty companies insist they buy the parts for us. So don't expect things to be done that day at your beck and call. Have a great day.

I was referred to this company by MDresidence because the water heater stopped working on Sunday night. The mention of 24 hour service is the first lie that the owner boasts off. After multiple calls we were able to get hold of him on Mon but he kept making up excuses through out the day. finally he promised to show up on Tuesday morning. when he saw the water heater he had no idea what could be going wrong. he dismantled the gas valve only to tell me that it was working fine. he told me that that he works alone and would no... read more
