After three months and a measurement,no return visit happened There were multiple phone calls and cancellations over parts not fitting . I asked for a refund and did not get one yet .
Overall , very disappointed in John’s customer service, lack of communication & accountability . We wanted to make this work as he was a fantastic guy in person , but I seriously have NO idea how someone can run a business who came highly recommended and disappointed us the way he did . Had a small replacement window job for the door of my credenza. John took care of it on the spot, was very reasonable with pricing and I was kept company by my new buddy Fred the Cat. Great place, great people and great service! Did I mention my new friend Fred?
Great service and workmanship. I called for a broken glass window, and the next day came and replaced it. Installers were courteous and professional. In addition, very clean and great pricing.
