I among many grew up here. It was ok when I was very young. Managers gave X-mas stockings, had a luau, the play area was maintained. Then managers changed, let in a ton of problematic tenants. Managers change and clean out. Went back and forth the rest of my childhood. WE were not aloud pets, thought I would have to give up my pet rock at one time... LoL. Closing off the complex only traps you in with the problems. Makes it harder for first responders.
Knew someone that lived here years ago: nothing but junkies and low-lives (maybe not everyone). They closed off to keep crime out some years ago, don't think it helped much.
