Had my fourth one today and each one gets easier as things open up. My third session was a pretty major breakthrough of 45 years worth of stress, tension, scarring, and massively clenched jaw muscles. For the first time in four and a half decades, my jaw is actually relaxed! Also, my allergies have cleared up!
Red Light Therapy is a relaxing experience, I actually fell asleep today! I enjoy reading about it's benefits during the 10-minute"vibe" session (which does wonders to loosen my body!) afterwards.
