The entrance is a construction zone and not accessible. There is no directory or directions to the elevators. You just have to follow the path among the construction debris. This center itself is disgusting! It doesn't look anything like the pictures. Went in for Lasik Eye Surgery and was super nervous going into it. The staff were super welcoming and professional which calmed me down. Weeks later my eye has healed and my vision has improved! Great team there. Wait time was not as bad as some of the reviews say either.

As others in comment correctly stated, they over book almost every day. Had procedure on 2 separate days had to wait 3 hours on both. Indeed room is small so when it gets full there is no place to seat down.

Hudson Yards Surgical Center is nothing more than an eye surgery assembly line mill. Waiting room packed with at least 25 people crammed into a small space shoulder to shoulder without any seats for my self and patient. Techs were constantly coming in and administering pre-surgical drops in the unsanitary waiting room. My husband is very susceptible to infections so when they came to insert his drops I insisted they do it in the pre-op room and open new drop bottles as I cannot take a chance of cross contamination. Horrible experience. I was there at appointed time. I sat in waiting room for over 2&1/2 hours without anyone saying anything to me. Even when I was finally called in I had to wait a long time for the surgery. It felt like abusive treatment. Even the manager could not offer me a logical explanation for such a poorly run surgery center. Go elsewhere!!
