VASSAR GARDENS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE. IT’S A PLACE YOU RUN FROM. IT’S NASTY, UNSAFE, AND MISMANAGED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I’M ANNOYED, DISAPPOINTED, AND HONESTLY EMBARRASSED THAT I EVER SIGNED A LEASE HERE. THE BUGS ARE OUT OF CONTROL. ROACHES, BEDBUGS, AND MICE ARE EVERYWHERE. WALLS, CEILINGS, CABINETS, FURNITURE. very nice apts with good modern living, the land lord George is a pleasure to work with and is also handsome. He even let me skip a month or two on rent iykyk ;)
Please stay far away from this place if you want to live happily
