The facility is clean Staff is friendly They try their best to accommodate your schedule I only use use Hudson River Radiology I have been going here since 2016
Tried to call at 10:25am on 12/16/2021 to set up an appointment. No one picked up the call for almost 5 minutes. No way to leave a message. Unacceptable. I can’t imagine the wait time will be at the center. Edit: I have scheduled my appointment with another nearby imaging center.

UPDATE: I had to reduce this center to a one star after dealing with their billing department. I had to call them trying to pay them. They refused to mail me a bill. They then asked me to mail the insurance check and they would reimburse me for the additional services that were on the check. Then they asked me.to hand deliver it to them which I explained would be difficult due to work obligations. Then again refused to mail me a bill.
