Was enjoying myself until some uptight employee approached me in the middle of the water and reprimanded me about my distance from shore and "paying attention" when I'm taking pictures; then "reminded" me to come back to shore on time. Then he approached me a second time to ask when I'm coming back to shore and insulted me to say "you look like you don't know what you're doing." Unhelpful, terrible staff
Terrible staff and crew. My 7 year old son was in a boat that capsized. Although we had life jackets, my son, daughter and husband all went overboard. My son was totally horrified. They were out there far enough where the water was deep, and my husband had to swim my son to safety. Meanwhile the crew was just sitting their eating their lunch, looking stoned, and finally when they did come out to the water, went straight to the boat. Didn't ask if anyone was hurt, didn't try to get my son onto a boat, or if anyone needed help... read more
