BEWARE - Horrible management office! Brittany, the management manager, is by far the worst I have ever experienced in renting anywhere. This community does a great job at their open houses of attempting to have you apply (also the reason they constantly run promotions and offer Visa gift cards) but once you live in the community, the management office is absolutely a nightmare to deal with. The WORST and I mean Worst place to rent. It's true you will never see your security deposit, no matter how much you paint or clean your home. Believe the other reviews, loud music, fights, I almost laughed at another review, but yes, hair on the sidewalks. You can hear your neighbors, and you can hear outside conversations from your living room. i’m been renting for almost a year now and every-time i have a issue and need maintenance They always come out and fix the problem Especially Jessie He’s always friendly get the job done quick and fast with no problem The last time he came out and fixed my Door handle it only took him 5mins to get here and 1 minute to fix very professional keep up the good work
It has been 36 days since I moved out and I still haven’t received my $2,350 deposit. I’ve rented for 10 years, and this is by far the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They deducted $265 for carpet cleaning with no mention in the lease. When I asked, they claimed there was an addendum—but couldn’t produce it.
