I rented in Hudson Ridge for a year. My particular area of the community was quiet, with friendly neighbors. The unit itself was in good condition when I rented, though the carpet was definitely on its last leg. The issue with this community is their management. I moved out 6/30 and gave my move-out notice in April. I heard NOTHING from the office regarding move out procedures. I do not recommend Hudson Ridge based on my personal experience living here. While the townhomes themselves are aesthetically beautiful, the management and overall community experience have been deeply disappointing. Management changes frequently, and with each new team comes a different set of inconsistent rules. There is no continuity in what is allowed and what isn’t, which creates confusion and frustration for us as residents. Communication is poor, and in many cases, completely avoided. DO NOT DO IT!!! I wish I would have known all that I know now because I would have stayed far far away!! First they told me there would be a clubhouse with a gym and pool for the summer. We even got an email in April saying the clubhouse would be done in May. It’s FAR from being done. The kids in the neighborhood are so disrespectful. If you leave a scooter or bike out, they will steal it and destroy it. They ride a little dirtbike through my yard and rocks out front. These townhomes and apartments are fairly new, and I’m sure the negative reviews that were posted over a year ago aren’t going to hold up. It seems Hudson Ridge has gotten any slip ups or wrinkles ironed out to provide a wonderful community. We live in one of the 2 story townhome apartments and absolutely love it. We feel safe. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Hudson Ridge deserves it. I’ve lived here for over three years, and it’s the first place that’s truly felt like home. Not just a roof over my head, but somewhere I feel settled. Safe. Comfortable. The kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to after a long day.
