Visited today to look into renting a place. The workers were super professional, I had the pleasure speaking to Andrew Becker he answered all of our questions without being pushy. The facilities at this location are absolutely amazing they maintain them very well. The apartment I took a tour of was bran new and also looked really nice. I cannot wait to move here.
Would not recommend living here. Management blames tenants for the POS construction. Multiple broken digital door knobs that the management is blaming tenants for condensation buildup and trying to make tenants pay, condensation from AC causing water damage and management said that you should not put your thermostat below a certain temp in the middle of summer, 7 months without Internet and you cannot get your own Internet service and only gave 1 month of service in refund. BEWARE - Horrible management office! Brittany, the management manager, is by far the worst I have ever experienced in renting anywhere. This community does a great job at their open houses of attempting to have you apply (also the reason they constantly run promotions and offer Visa gift cards) but once you live in the community, the management office is absolutely a nightmare to deal with.
