I do not recommend renting or buying in this neighborhood. It’s very loud, the kids in the neighborhood are disrespectful, disruptive, and inappropriate and management refuses to do anything about it. If you complain, they tell you, you are the one that needs to take photos and videos of other people’s children and find out where they live in order for them to do anything. I would like to give a shout-out to Zaeydah (Zye-eee-dah) who works in the leasing office. She hustles, has grit, and works hard at her job. She works in the leasing office and is friendly, efficient, and responds immediately to any concerns that arise. She is a pleasure to work with, even when the outcome of the issue may not go as well as hoped. She immediately responds to emails and calls and keeps the line of communication clear.

What makes this place unique and special is the office staff! They are always responsive and quick to help, especially Sophie Mace! She always responds immediately and is very conscientious about helping with whatever is needed. Her attention to detail and her follow through or something that I don’t see very often!
