From start to finish, the tradesmen, working for Hudson Restoration, were professional, highly skilled, respectful of our property and possessions and friendly. We were impressed with the quality of their work and very pleased with the finished product! Meron, the project manager, was easy to talk to, kept us informed along the way, and immediately took care of any problems that occurred or any concerns we may have had. We highly recommend Hudson Restoration!

After a large flood in my basement level, Hudson's was sent by my insurer to carry out the restoration. Teams were sent to remove everything to their warehouse. The team leaders were helpful, and always ready to help. Questions were answered, so that I could relax a bit from the stress of the situation. Restoration was carried out quickly and with as little disturbance as possible. The team returned to restore items to the basement, and helped me unpack. We had such a great experience with Hudson Restorations, specifically with Ben and Jeison! Ben was great at walking us through what was going to be done, timelines, answering all our questions/concerns and coordinating around our schedule to make it easier on us. Even with a few changes, he was great at communicating what was going on so we never felt out of the loop. Jeison was the one doing the work in our house, and he was THE BEST!
