Always good people
What a shame! Had rented equipment from this location for years, never had a problem but this recent piece of equipment had an issue with it that allowed part of the rental equipment to fall into and damage the tow vehicle. I pointed out what and where I felt the defect was on the rental equipment. The manager took the complaint to corporate and was told that renter assumes all liability. I rented a plate compactor from them for a lot less than their competitors wanted.
Very rude!!! My husband wanted to rent car hauler. The man who he was speaking with asked where he was taking it and my husband said close to Cincinnati. The man told him it could not leave stateline which is fine. My husband tried to explain to him it is not leaving the state just close to Cincinnati but the man would not listen. He interrupted my husband by saying it can not leave stateline and hung up on him. Very rude and not the way to conduct business. Never using them again
