Reserved a metal brake rental 5 days in advance, and was told I could pick it up Wed morning when they opened at 7:30am. Tool was not available when I arrived. They said give me 2 hours... we will get it back and call you. 9:30am they called with the equipment ready. So, other than a second trip back to this location... they made it happen. Reasonable pricing to rent after they prorated to 4 hours... nice to get the $20 back. Thanks for following through and helping us get our project completed.

Owner and employees that work outside told the office worker over walkie talkie i didn’t fill up machine with gas. I showed the receipt. She apologized. Then I went outside and said I’m going to write a review on them for calling me a liar. Owner comes up to my personal vehicle and said **** you and **** your truck. Tells me never to come back again. Claiming that I didn’t speak English and that’s why he was talking to me like I was incoherent. Pathetic and childish. Go to another company instead.
