I didn't notice their LACK of detail until I had an actual appraiser come. I knew 15 mins on my property was not enough to come up with an accurate assessment. Never again will I waste $650
If you’re looking for an appraisal go anywhere else. They gave me the same estimate I purchase my home for 8 years ago. Despite all the new additions I made such as making this home handicap accessible and a smart home as well. The appraisal was inaccurate they put the sq ft at the lowest price although around me it’s twice as high and the housing market has gone up incredibly so it is impossible for my home to be the same price today as it was 8 years ago. A waste of $500.
