Damn shame when a company says you have to keep your pets outside even in the winter. They should be ashamed of themselves. They will NEVER get my business.
This company is ridiculous...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM....They don't fix anything, they spot paint, their carpet is horrible with NO PADDING UNDERNEATH so you can't have the carpets cleaned the entire time you are in their properties!!! such a shame, they brag about how great their properties are but the place you'll be calling home cant even be cleaned properly while renting from them...Any and All reviews you read that are positive have been written by someone that works at Hudson Properties!!
This company is horrible, they are really friendly at first until you sign the lease, they never come out and do any maintenance or repairs. Once they have your signature on the lease they don't care about anything other than collecting the rent. When its time to move out they will take your entire deposit, for reasonable wear and tear issues after living in the home for two years without any maintenance or repairs. Anyone from the Hopewell area knows that these people are sharks.
Company is a Hopewell Icon! – I have rented from Hudson Propertieson two different occasions with a combined time span of 14 years. It is upsetting to me that Hudson's competitors and undesirable tenants would write bogus reviews. They have been in business for over 30 years and are very very good. You must remember when reading reviews: – Competitors will write bogus/ derogatory comments in an attempt to discredit their competition. Bad tenants will write derogatory reviews because the company is better at the game than they are. Hudson Properties has managed my property for years and they are top drawer! Your personal inspection of their available homes for rent will paint a vivid picture of how good this company really is!
I agree the Slum Lord comment – This company is horrible. They ripped us off after moving from out of state. We did our research at the time but no one left reviews like this. They wouldn't fix anything and then when we left put a judgment against us for thousands of dollars. They went to the courthouse and filed it against our paychecks. The people in the office are mean and hateful, will charge you crazy fees if you pay 1 day late. This means NO 5 DAY GRACE PERIOD even though they say you do. SLUM LORD WARNING!!!!!!!! – Please beware of this company. It is family owned but they do not care about anything but money. They will trick you by adding stuff in the contract; you are responsible for fixing everything; even the stuff they should have fixed before you moved in.
