On 2/24/25 my mother had an appointment with this so called medical doctor. My mother has a lot of trouble sleeping and she was there to receive her prescription for her sleeping pills, which are a controlled substance; therefore, can only be prescribed every month for 30 pills. He refused to prescribe her pills to help her sleep, because she had mentioned she drank some alcohol the night before. I dont want to be bias i respect the older but the white old lady she is so rude😳 I was asking to simply re-send the blood result,she pick up the phone from the office but she can not send the email..i asked why she told me she can not explain..and told me will be back on monday..my question is you are already there in the office why you cant send the email? If I could 5000star I would , we’ve been seeing dr nidhi Dugar almost 2 years.she is very professional.they take care everything even when I called them they response nicely so we visit many places before around Jackson heights this is right one don’t forget to visit HUDSON PRIMARY CARE OF JACKSON HEIGHTS 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Dr Nidhi and her husband are very pleasant i must say. They take the time for their patients, unfortunately they need better front desk staff who has proper mannerisms in the way they speak. Their tone is very unpleasant and disgusting. Especially the blonde lady. I literally just called to tell them that my pharmacy sent in the prior auth request because when i called earlier the other receptionist said they did not receive anything from yesterday up till now!
