Trying to make an appointment seemed like a challenge but will hopefully be a good experience when I go to the office. I was recommended to this doctors office so I am keeping positive.
I've been here at least 4 times, been seen by both Jay Jain M.D. and Nidhi Dugar M.D, and interacted with both patient coordinators. I've had positive experiences with everyone.
On 2/24/25 my mother had an appointment with this so called medical doctor. My mother has a lot of trouble sleeping and she was there to receive her prescription for her sleeping pills, which are a controlled substance; therefore, can only be prescribed every month for 30 pills. He refused to prescribe her pills to help her sleep, because she had mentioned she drank some alcohol the night before. I explained to him (a doctor) that if she doesn’t sleep, she’s unable to function the next day. Instead he made this all about him... read more
I dont want to be bias i respect the older but the white old lady she is so rude😳 I was asking to simply re-send the blood result,she pick up the phone from the office but she can not send the email..i asked why she told me she can not explain..and told me will be back on monday..my question is you are already there in the office why you cant send the email? If I could 5000star I would , we’ve been seeing dr nidhi Dugar almost 2 years.she is very professional.they take care everything even when I called them they response nicely so we visit many places before around Jackson heights this is right one don’t forget to visit HUDSON PRIMARY CARE OF JACKSON HEIGHTS 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
